ADULT LEARNING WALES
Adult Learning Wales (ALW) is the national Adult Community Learning organisation for Wales, Our programmes cover essential skills in literacy, numeracy, digital literacy, and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), as well as providing a wide range of courses which enable learners to develop employability and life skills, creating pathways to employment, personal growth, and community engagement. Food Cycle
FoodCycle community meals bring people together for good food and conversation. We serve free, wholesome meals made from food that would have gone to waste, prepared by volunteers and open to everyone.

Wye Gymnastics
Wye Galaxy Gymnastics & Cheerleading delivers beginner gymnastics sessions for children aged 4+ at Community House in Newport. Sessions take place on Fridays from 5–6pm and follow a structured programme designed to develop core gymnastics skills. Gymnasts work through the club’s bespoke Stages of Gymnastics curriculum, progressing towards certificates and medals as they achieve each stage.
Coffee and laughs
Coffee and laughs is an interfaith group for women living in Newport. If you’d like somewhere to have a cuppa and a chat whilst laughing with old and new friends, please join us on a Thursday 1pm- 3pm during term time
